All projects that are implemented at Skyron are covered by a warranty from six months to 5 years.
Depending on the category and type of goods, there are clearly defined periods of warranty service.
To use the warranty service, the client must provide a warranty card (agreement), which must indicate: the date of sale of the goods; product model and serial number; the warranty period for the product you purchased.

If you find factory defects or breakage of the accessories of the purchased products during their operation, contact the manager of the company.
Our employees will carry out prompt diagnostics and replace faulty fittings with new ones.
Timely diagnostics and elimination of problems when using translucent structures is a guarantee that they will last a long time and do not require additional replacements.
When exposed to an aggressive external environment (for example, strong winds, prolonged natural humidity, dust and dirt on the seals and fittings, constant penetration of sunlight), the company’s specialists can carry out the following warranty service practices: checking nodes, mechanisms with adjustable fittings, pressure density; cleaning and lubrication of seals and fittings; sealing windows for the winter; and other services.
To ensure the most efficient use of products, Skyron recommends that maintenance of glass structures, especially windows, be carried out at least 2 times a year.
You can be guided by such guaranteed service life of our structures: integrity of aluminum and PVC profiles + integrity of fittings – up to 5 years; tightness of double-glazed windows – 3 years; no cracks on double-glazed windows – 3 years.
